About Cooyong Shadow

This mare was purchased at the 2014 Landmark Classic Sale as a 3yr old, for $22,000. She is by the renowed sire Acres Destiny, out of an Open campdraft mare ‘Haydon Citrine’ who was owned and campained by Dick Northcott.
She is a very well grown mare and was a pleasure to ride.
She won 2 Novices in 2017, and after several years off, having a foal and Covid, she returned to drafting, but sadly had to be retired, due to a tendon injury.

Her first foal is ‘Cantaur Park Overcast’ who sold as a 3yr old gelding at Nutrien Classic Sale 2021 for $31,000.
